Over a dozen armed men attacked a village and shot three people dead and left one injured over old enmity near Khairpur on Tuesday. According to details, over one dozen unidentified armed persons attacked a village Muhammad Ali Jaffery in the jurisdiction of Faiz Muhammad Bindo police station and started indiscriminate firing killing Zahid Ali Udho aged 40 on the spot while his elder brother Ghulam Abbas Udho was injured seriously. Due to firing from both sides two innocent other passing by villagers including Govend Marecho 50 and Ali Bux Jaffery were also killed. The armed person’s runaway unchallenged from the scene after the shooting spree. Faiz Muhammad Bindo police reached the crime scene after delay of two hour and took bodies into custody, who were later on handed over to their relatives after autopsy from Pir Jo Goth hospital, while injured brought to civil hospital for treatment. The cause of murder is stated to be an old enmity between two rival groups of Udho community. Deceased Mujahid Udho was killed a year ago in firing of deceased Zahid Ali Udho over land dispute while Zahid was killed by opponent in revenge. The police have not yet registered a case of murder till filing of this story.
