An anti-terrorism court on Friday awarded three death sentences each to two individuals for murdering a nine-year-old boy despite receiving ransom money.
Judge Asif Majeed Awan awarded death sentences to the accused for killing a boy who was kidnapped from Misri Shah area for ransom. The complainant told the court that the accused, Amir Shahzad and Ishaq, killed Hamza despite receiving ransom money of Rs 900,000.
Woman’s body found in Nolakha:
A 32-year-old woman was shot dead by unknown persons in Nolakha. According to details the body was found in Pathi Ground, where a large group of people had gathered. The blood stained body spread fear amongst residents of the area. Nolakha Police has identified the woman as Saba, a resident of Karachi. Family of the deceased has been notified and further investigations are underway.
