In the wake of worldwide protests by the Muslims against the sacrilegious movie, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has requested the United Nations (UN) to call an urgent session and pass a law in which blasphemy against any prophet, holy books and other religious scriptures shall be made highly punishable.
In this regard, an elected representative of the MQM, Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Rauf Siddiqui, had forwarded a letter No. MPA/PS-114/ //41 /2012 to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon to immediately call up a session of the world body to bring about proper legislation so that such acts could be prevented in the future and those responsible for hurting the sentiments of Muslims and other sects should be punished severly.
“I am addressing this letter to you with a heavy heart when the entire Muslim World is agitating against the film “Innocence of Muslims” produced by Nakoula Basseley Nakoula. The acclaimed value of “freedom of expression” is said to be the motivation behind the film. The film has been made in a country where even discussion and debate on the “Holocaust” is a crime. In that country, a lot of comic literature is available at book stalls regarding the Holy Bible. It is the belief of Muslims that both Jesus (P.B.U.H) and Moses (P.B.U.H) are the prophets of God and they equally respect them. It is against the teachings of Islam to disrespect any religion. On the other hand, this film has been made in the same country and is so insulting and disrespecting to the last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) that it has injured the sentiments of the entire Muslim community of the world. If such a film is made about you and your family, will it be tolerated?” stated the letter available with Pakistan Today.
“The Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is the last and final messenger of God about whom Jesus Christ (P.B.U.H) and other prophets (Peace Be Upon Them) made unambiguous prophecies in the Bible and the others holy books. The teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) have established a revolutionary model which came up as a blessing for the entire humanity.’
MQM, Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Rauf Siddiqui:
1. You have written an excellent letter. Now make sure that the culprits are given death sentence by the US government.
2. Write another letter demanding release of Dr.Aafia Siddiqui.
3. Stictly order your MQM activists not to take bhatta and goat / cow skins by force on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
4. Make sure no MQM activist is appointed in any govt. or non-govt. institution without merit.
5. Completely eliminate cheating in exams by students
6. Keep an eye so that upcoming elections are completely free of rigging. Apoint Mustafa Kamal as MQM candiate for the post of Nazim-e-Karachi. Regards

Rauf Siddiqui is a member of a party which is supported by the US and UK because these two countries appear to have an impression that MQM is the sole custodian of Karachi and represents so called middle class. What the Americans and British ignore that MQM is indulged in urban terrorist activities since it was founded. The letter written by this MQM twit carries no significance because MQM is itself responsible for deaths of so many innocents and continues its thuggish activities unabated. Rauf Siddiqui should be be tried in court of law to face alleged charges of neglect and corruption and should take complete responsibility for the recent inferno in which hundreds of poor workers lost their lives. Has this man a conscience?
