Pak-Saudi ministerial commission meets today

Pakistan’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Muhammad Naeem Khan has said Pak-Saudi joint Ministerial Commission will meet in Islamabad on September 25, 26.
Sources said that prior to the meeting, Technical Groups of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia would prepare the agenda for the meeting of joint Ministerial Commission.
Minister for commerce, Dr Taufeeq Ar-rabeea will lead the Saudi delegation.
Talking to Online in Makkah, Pakistan’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia Naeem Khan said that 8th meeting of the commission is being held after a gap of five years.
The meeting will take into account matters relating to economic cooperation, joint agricultural ventures, scholarships for Pakistani students to study in Saudi universities and recruitment of engineers and doctors in Saudi organisations, he added.
Replying to a question, Pakistani ambassador Naeem Khan said meeting of Pak-Saudi joint trade commission would also be held soon. The trade commission will consider the possibilities of improving bilateral trade, he maintained.
