A breach in nullah deck inundated more than 15 villages and destroyed crops on thousands of acres of land on Wednesday. According to details, the breach emerged in nullah deck and the water inundated more than 15 villages in tehsil Pasrur of Sialkot district. Water also entered houses in low lying areas. The district administration and rescue teams reached the scene after several hours and started rescue operations. The stranded population had to face hardships due to a delay in rescue operations and shortage of food commodities and fodder for cattle.
