PTI’s tsunami to end rule of tyranny; recreate Pakistan: Imran

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Saturday said that his party aimed to recreate a new Pakistan on the foundations of justice.
Addressing a public rally in Chitral, he said that the people wanted to get rid of the corrupt politicians.
The PTI chief said that taking part in America’s “war on terror” has destroyed Pakistan, adding that the PTI was due to lead a peace rally to Waziristan on Oct 7.
The PTI would also take along foreign journalists so that they could be shown and informed of the region’s ground realities.
Imran Khan added that the families of those killed in drone attacks were now taking up weapons in order to avenge the deaths of their loved ones.
“No other party is courageous enough to go to Waziristan nowadays, but PTI would go there,” Khan said.
The PTI chief also said that the springs in Chitral could yield up to 3000MW of electricity which exceeded the requirements of the whole country.
He added that the “tsunami” of PTI was going to end the system of injustice and replace it with a new, more just system. The public demands a change and the creation of a more prosperous Pakistan, Khan said.
The PTI Chairman said that his tsunami will end the era of oppression, adding that public money was transferred to the accounts of few people.
Imran Khan said that the youth wanted to get rid of old politicians and assured the people of Chitral that he would complete the work on Lowari tunnel when he forms his government.
Slamming PPP and PML-N, Khan said Nawaz Sharif and Zardari will never come to this place, and said that he had come to Chitral after 11 years passing through the Lawari Tunnel. “Zardari and Nawaz Sharif would have died of heart attack if they had travelled through the tunnel,” adding that they were scared of Lowari tunnel.
He said that people in Chitral often used Afghanistan route to enter other parts of Pakistan.
He said that the people of Chitral wanted system of justice and a new Pakistan.
Khan ended his address by congratulating the residents of Chitral on welcoming the PTI’s “tsunami”.
