Hanif Abbasi granted bail in ephedrine case

Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday approved the interim bail petition of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Hanif Abbasi,who was accused of being involved in misuse of controlled chemical ephedrine, till Sept 12.
The divisional bench heard the petition filed by Abbasi to grant him an interim bail.
The court granted bail to the MNA after ordering him to pay the Rs 200,000 as surety for bail.
Earlier, Abbasi was granted protective bail on August 13 in the ephedrine quota case by the Sindh High Court which would expire by Sept 7.
ANF had registered on July 29th a case against Abbasi for his alleged involvement in misuse ephedrine chemical.

He shouls not be granted bail.If he has misused controlled chemical ephedrine then he should be properly investigated and untill then he should remain behind bar.PPP has some justification in his argument that his members are issued with warant notices and granted no bail while PMLN members are easily given bail.Morover judiciary shpould look into the past of the person as hanif abbasi was involved in this sort of scandal in the past as well.Judciary should judge everyone with same standard whether it belong to PTI ,PMLN,PPP Or any other party.

  3. The fiery and bombastic Hanif Abbasi is nowhere to be seen on the TV talk shows, why does he not appear on media to defend him and does not tell the truth. Bakray ki maan kub tak kher manaye ge. Truth comes out some day, Hanif Abbasi mint millions by selling out Ephedrine through illicit ways. Some conscienceless people are still trying to defend this culprit Hanfif Abbasi. He must be brought into justice and dealt with iron hands. I curse on such politicians who proclaim themselves the guardian of constitution and take oath but themselves violate this constitution and breach the sanctity of their oath. Article 6 must be applied on them because they betrayed this nation and constitution of this country. The people of like Hanif Abbasi should be brought into justice at any cost for they are the worst enemies of this country. He must be well aware of the dire impacts of this drug but still for few pennies he sold out it on a large scale. You have to decide whether he is the friend or enemy of our youth and this country?
