Wickets begin to fall in PTI

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) is staring at a major dent in its ranks as the powerful Leghari clan from Dera Ghazi Khan has decided to leave the party, a move that could be potentially followed by another half a dozen former ministers and legislators, known as “elect-ables”.
These elect-able leaders have been waiting to part ways with Imran Khan in utter desperation and frustration for being ignored time and again by the party chief and his preference for non-elect-ables and technocrats, Pakistan Today has learnt reliably.
More than two PTI leaders told Pakistan Today that since there was no more a visible support of the establishment to the PTI, traditional politicians who were in a habit of changing their political affiliations with a hope of gaining power within days and weeks, are now weighing their options due to Imran’s unfriendly attitude and his preference for experts.
Although PTI Information Secretary Shafqat Mahmood expressed ignorance about any such development taking place within the party ranks, internal bickering and frustration within the PTI has reached an all time high and traditional politicians are openly expressing their anger against “technocrats”, who according to them “had no constituency” but were being given much importance by Imran, while they were being totally ignored in the party’s decision-making process and press interactions.
“Among those who had joined the PTI only a few months back dreaming for acquiring power within days and weeks are now repenting their bad decision-making. Among the upset leaders are the Hotis of Mardan, Awans of Chakwal and several others,” a well-placed source in the PTI said, requesting not to be named.
“Imran Khan used to take pride in claiming before the media that he would soon get more wickets of opponents. But this time around he is going down, as his own wickets are ready to fall with around half a dozen party leaders set to leave the party once the Legharis make their decision public,” the source said. The source added that disappointed politicians who had decided to leave the party included Sardar Jamal Khan Leghari and Sardar Owais Khan Leghari of DG Khan, Malik Ghulam Abbas of Chakwal, Malik Amin Aslam from Khushab and Khawaja Khan Hoti of Mardan.
“Legharis are also angry over being ignored in the party’s recent nominations when Ishaq Khan Khakwani was appointed the central vice president in place of Owais Leghari, who had requested for the same slot. However, Imran Khan preferred Khakwani over Leghari junior which infuriated him. After making up his mind, Sardar Owais Leghari recently informed Imran Khan of his decision to leave the PTI. He also informed him the reasons of his decision to leave the party, contending that he wanted to keep his Leghari tribe intact as his uncles Maqsood Leghari and Jaffer Leghari were unhappy with his decision of joining the PTI. However, Leghari assured Imran Khan that his family would contest next elections independently and would not join any other party,” the source added.
He said Owais Leghari also informed Imran that if his family did not contest the next election together, it might lose all seats in DG Khan and any split within the family might cost them heavily.
The source said the disappointed politicians were unhappy with the assertion that the PTI had been “hijacked” by technocrats who had no constituency but they were dictating terms to politicians who had been elected by their people.
However, the insider said the Legharis were in fact unhappy for being ignored by Imran Khan, as they were never consulted on major decisions, which were being made solely by technocrats and Imran.
“The PTI has become a party run by technocrats and the Niazi family who have no understanding of politics. Today, the PTI is being run by Imran Khan Niazi, Hafeezullah Niazi, Saifullah Niazi, Inamullah Niazi, Asad Umar, etc. Politicians like Javed Hashmi, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Owais Leghari and others have either been sidelined or have simply been ignored,” the source quoted an angry politician as saying during a recent party meeting held at Lahore.
Another source in the PTI confirmed that the Legharis had decided to leave the party, adding that Khawaja Khan Hoti had also decided to leave.
“Actually, too much influence of Niazis has virtually sidelined all political heavyweights. Moreover, the Niazis have also been urging old party workers to harass newcomers and the party is fast turning into a liberal fascist group,” the source added.
The source said Imran Khan tried to impress seasoned politicians in private meetings by claiming that the Goldsmith family was supporting his political career and Zac and Ben Goldsmith, both brothers of Jemima Khan, referred to him as the next prime minister of Pakistan.
“This might be a major reason behind the establishment backing out from supporting the PTI due to Goldsmith family’s influence on Imran.”
The source added that the politicians were realizing that they had joined an inexperienced politician who had no knowledge of ground realities and the tricks of trade necessary to win elections in Pakistan.
“Even Shah Mahmood Qureshi is facing a tough time from his family for joining the PTI and is facing family disputes of one or the other kind,” the source added.
“After facing a jolt due to departure of his younger brother Murid Qureshi, Shah Qureshi was left red-faced at a recent family get together when his brother-in-law Pir Shujaat Hasnain Qureshi, a former MPA, stunned the gathering by complaining that he was being harassed in the PTI by old workers. He also complained that they were happy in the PPP, but Qureshi’s decision had landed them in trouble with no hopes of winning the next election,” the source added.
He said on the other hand, Makhdoom Javed Hashmi had also been sidelined and he had been working in isolation. However, the source added that Hashmi had exhausted all his options and was forced to stick with the PTI.
PTI leader Shafqat Mahmood neither contradicted nor confirmed the development, saying, “I have no knowledge about any such development.”
However, when asked if he was not contradicting Pakistan Today’s information it would mean that he was confirming it, Mahmood took cognizance of the situation and said he would contradict.
But former PTI secretary information Umar Sarfraz Cheema came up with a bold stance and said people would come and go but the PTI would stick to its ideology and policies.
“It is the democratic right of a politician to join or leave a party per his ideology. However, it appears such people could not get what they were dreaming of from the PTI,” he added. Cheema said perhaps such people thought they would be given party tickets upon joining the PTI, adding that the PTI had a laid down criteria and procedure under which tickets and offices would be given.
Asked about the withdrawal of support by establishment to the PTI, Cheema said the PTI never sought support from the establishment.
“We neither sought the establishment’s support ever nor do we have intentions of doing so. We have always focused on mass mobilization and today the PTI is the only party having registered ten million workers,” he added.
Cheema also rubbished the claim of hijacking of the party by technocrats.
Owais and Jamal Khan Leghari and 30 other top politicians had joined the PTI on December 20, 2011, including 10 sitting and former parliamentarians and federal ministers such as Jahangir Khan Tareen, Ghulam Sarwar Khan and Sikandar Bosan.

  1. Good for PTI. They shouldn't let these bad cooks spoil the broth. End to dynastic politics and if anyone can get rid of them its PTI.

    • this is absolute bull,on the contrary we are so keen on criticising Owais Leghari we should also remember his wonder ful performance as a minister as an I T and telecom minister. he was able to de centralize ptcl a hugely beauracratic white elephant and make the industry dynamic no wonder this the only industry where the consumers have prosperred

      • My My I am surprised how innocent/naive you are. These so called Lagharis were there to get to power but seeing Imran stance on its Party agenda they decided to leave for time tested/rusted parties. For face saving now blaming IK for not taking care of them because they are spoiled to core by other parties.

    • The establishment wanted to blaickmail Nawaz Sharif to bring a change in his anti-establishment stance spurred by personal reasons. Now that Nawaz seems to have struck a deal with establishment, PTI will lose the purpose for which it was launched. Real leftist force(whatever) is only PPP and real pro-esatblishment rightist party is PMLN, and next elections will be contested among these two parties. Every other party is a side-show.

  2. The PTI party elections have not taken place and wickets are beginnig to fall. Probably that is the reason for delaying the elections for fear of losing wickets.

  3. The establishment wanted to blaickmail Nawaz Sharif to bring a change in his anti-establishment stance spurred by personal reasons. • Stop spreading rumours that cannot be substantiated! I am not a PTI supporter but the cleansning of PTI from opportunists(the Hotis of Mardan for ex) will only help to mobilize the base!

    • austin power when was nawaz sharif anti establishment ?theior politics only run on army shoulders even today why meet kyani in dark nite with mr bean who is hypocrate here?

  4. Good riddance. It was a gross error of judgment to take Lagharis into PTI in the first place. It is better for PTI that they are gone, PTI would not have given them party tickets anyway. This was the only group in PTI that was considered tainted, so just as well. If Nawaz Sharif can win election with Lagharis, good luck to him.

    • Hmm, I hope Nawaz Sharif would win upcoming election and will make govt, people / leaders / workers would repent on their decision of joining PTI. It would be even better for Shah Mahmood Qureshi & others to join PML N otherwise they would lose their seats from their hometown. because there is not substitute of experience. Keep it up Nawaz & Shahbaz try to improve your working in Punjab Khyber Paktoon khwa Bloachistan, gilgit baltistan & get strong alliances in sindh for up coming election. Best of Luck …………

  5. What a spectacularly written article… sab kuchh ghussa do… Imran Khan deosnt know politics… Imran Khan relies on technocrats… Imran Khan relies on Niazis… Imran Khan is influenced by the Goldsmiths… Imran Khan was backed by the establishment… and is not anymore… Imran Khan eats small children for breakfast and sings Vande Mataram before going to bed
Another winner, when a man says "I have no knowledge of any such development" he is not denying it… wow… Shafqat Mehmood can hardly be blamed for the density of your reporters!
If I'm not mistaken there was a lot of hue and cry about PTI being hijacked by career politicians… no pleasing some people!
    good hatchet job!

    • You may be correct because PMLN are spending a lot of money on media and this aticler and seems to be written after some hanki panky deal between and reporter and PMLN. Tone and tenor of this article supports your doubts.

  6. Vote for Imran is vote for Zardari and this was going to happen. Glad that Lagharis have realized the truth.

    • ali baba vote for imran khan this time if u want to work on Hamza s poltary farm that is ur choice not ours

    • Response to Dubious articles of Friday Times and Pakistan Today by Jamal Leghari and Awais Leghari. We are not leaving PTI and have full confidence in the leadership of Chairman Imran Khan (official)
Response to The Friday Times Such Gup article

Dear Ms.Jugnu Mohsin and Mr Raza Rumi

I hope you are doing well.
I would like to draw your attention to a piece (Losing Steam) published in the Friday Times on September 1st, 2012. I would expect that the publication has enough morals and courtesy to publish clarification from Jamal and Awais Leghari who have been unnecessarily maligned through this
      news.

Sardar Jamal Leghari and Awais Leghari would like to clarify that the speculation about them parting ways with PTI is entirely baseless. Our family affiliation with the PPP came to an end at the time when Late President Farooq Leghari had ousted the PPP government in 1996. Our point of view at that time about the PPP stands proven yet again after the country has seen the worst government marred by corruption in the past five years. Joining the PTI was a principled decision that we took when our former party PML Q joined the PPP in a coalition government last year. We joined the PTI in order to put the country on the right track through a struggle and rejected the option to sit comfortably on the treasury benches and be part of the Zardari led loot.

Firstly , we never had any objections in Imran Khan meeting Sheikh Rasheed. Secondly we have confidence in the decision making process of the party and the long term goals of our party are more important to us than individual interests. We would sincerely hope that TFT would be professional enough to at least ask the opinion of those concerned before maligning them and hurting the interests of the PTI. This does not only reflect well upon the publication itself but also raises questions as to what ulterior motives it might have for publishing a baseless piece.

  7. The notorious Leghari clan is known for their politics of opportunism, having served Musharraf for years. The two sons of Farooq Leghari were involved in smuggling stolen cars by none other than BBC in a documentary with authentic proof. As far as these half mad Niazi jokers are concerned, they lack basic tolerance which is essential for democracy. The choice of Ishak Khakwani is a good decision by PTI, but than they need to restrain these mad stray dogs like Inamullah Niazi and others.

  8. Agreed with Amin Hussain. It sounds as NeltaJohn is working for PT. Anu kini fikar aey Article dey Authantic hoon dee. Good work Social Media Team 😀
But you cannot stop change…!! Good luck to you guys 🙂

    • Jawad… well said. The writer actually never wanted to miss this opportunity to create negative image about PTI, as if this was his last article. lolxx

    • I know you do not have the habit of getting out of slavery., You will always stay the same as opposing truth. Habits of hypocrisy and will continue to support you. Allah give you guidance and give strength to walk the straight path. God give you real understanding. "Aamin Suma Aamin"
All we can do is pray for you and as you followed.

PTI is the only party that does not own political interests.

PTI is truth not a double standard policies maker party. To understand the right path of politics.

      Raja Zabar Khan

    • You spoke my heart out , I don't know since when every credible source of news have started "Yellow Journalism" , everyone is reporter these days , Jamal Laghari has lashed out this article and its main contents on his twitter account , what should be understood from this ? The one person (IK) who is trying from all possible means to establish a new version in Politics is been criticized to the bottom extent , Why ??? because the filth in the Pakistan never want to have a clean and prosperous Pakistan. But they can dream on because we are seeing a NEW Pakistan InshAllah 🙂

  10. Even if all of these “electables” leave, so-what!! The nation has already seen the “performance” of these electables over the last 4 years! What the article has failed to mention is the word “merit”!! This has always remained the dilemma of Pakistani politicians that they intermingle policy with politics! Everywhere in the world, policy is made by so-called “technocrats” coz they come on merit but coz they cannot win the votes, they are supported by politicians! Period: its the choice of these electables; if they wish to stick with change good for them, otherwise, Imran can put khambas in place of them just like Bhutto did back in 70!

  11. its a good news. Leghari clan are a scum anyway.. they would bring bad reputation to PTI any way. all in all good news for PTI future.

    • When the leghari clan joined the PTI you welcome them with open arms, Now that they choose to leave the PTI they are a scum. Very unrealistic of you

  12. This is the place which shows the consumption of money being spent on the Media; Really now truth being unlocked, black sheep in media will expose themselves.
Independent NAB is the solution to grab such sold-out reporters and media houses.

  13. What could you expect different from the PT's reporting team whose intelligence puts Khosa-Nawaz meeting more important and significant development instead of the strategic announcement of the PTI's economic agenda?

If these referred electable leave PTI, this proves the point that the Pakistan's political instability is definitely associated with not doing land-reforms from the start as India did. These land lords in the entire history have sold their souls for the out-side masters to play their masters' game before independence and for the power no matter who bids on them. They need to mend their ways before it is too late.

As for the PTI, it is better not to come into power with such kind of opportunists, as their blackmailing will kill this movement for justice anyway. If we have to glamorize such class of opportunists, the only thing I can say and see is: Paisa Bolta Hey. Let us assume that it is true, then what is difference between the oldest business and the newest ways of making quick bucks.?

  14. Imran Khan in politics is a square packed in a round hole.. He is extremely unfit in politics.. But I guess Khan will loose every of his achievements before quitting politic..

  15. The most alarming & surprising part of the article..
"The source said Imran Khan tried to impress seasoned politicians in private meetings by claiming that the Goldsmith family was supporting his political career and Zac and Ben Goldsmith, both brothers of Jemima Khan, referred to him as the next prime minister of Pakistan."
So Imran Khan himself confirmed the support of Jews to his politics.. Say no to the agent of Zionists…

  17. It is evident from the beginning that PTI is a crowd of those "power worshipers" who could not see their desires being materialized in their respective political parties. They thought it best to join this forum in hope to get office.I am not worker of any political party.I am only thinking so, as regards to our politics. Those who are not being awarded high offices in the party are frustrated by their decisions.I personally think that it is only PML N who seems to be dedicated to national welfare. BAQI SAB FARG.

  18. Hahahahaaah!!!!!!! Itna pathetic article , Sari mistakes Imran Khan mein hai, and apparently the guy is so tupid he tells people he is being supported by Goldsmith family. Pakistan Today you and your whole editorial crew absolutely, undoubtedly SUCK!!!!! as for noora supporters dont worry nooras, aisay logon ke aanay janay se koi faraq nai parhta

  19. Article pin points few weaknesses which should be dealt with by PTI Chairman. The root problem is IK family. Their role needs to be marginalised if PTI has to retain its National appeal. At present Hafeez Niazi; who is brother in law of IK is pulling strings for rest of his family. His son Hassan Niazi was ex president ISF. His other nephew Zubair Niazi is convenor Youth, Punjab. Two other brothers of Hafeez Niazi namely Inam Niazi and Najeeb Niazi are running for the seat of NA from NA 72 and NA 73 respectively. They openly claim that even IK has no say when it’s come to Bhakkar and Mianwali. In such back drop it will be very difficult for PTI to justify its position at national level. PTI needs to come up with new faces and family reign within the party has to end.

    • Why should Imran Khan ignore his dearlly beloved in-laws? Yet Khan wants to speak about the Sharifs and their families within the PML

  20. i am a supporter of pmln….and i strongly oppose IK's policy of only bullying pmln ….but as far as this recent development is concerned this will strengthen IK's stance of fighting against status quo….coz all those above said electables represent the status quo forces …and their departure shows that IK is sincere in his stance against the status quo…but the other things abt the goldsmith family is astonishing….i think imran should join hands with nawaz sharif coz he is the only anti establishment force in the opposition, rather in the country…..and after the departure of these electables he will have to do this…

    • this include ur mian shaib and late bhutto too u know they both r product of zia and auyb khan i think either ur kid or u have mental issue ,imran khan is never the product of dictator if he wants power it was easy to join the musharaf .

  22. What a piece of crap, author should open a story teller shop. Let's for a sec believe, lagharis are leaving or for that matter any other because he could not get the 'power' then by all means. 29. Telling the truth—–how dare you, don't you know that the Tehreek-e-Tliban (I mean the Tehreek-e-Imran) is supported by folks allergic to anything with any semblence to truth .

    • who is running the govt now ?sufyan what is khadema ala ?grow up now shame on u what a moron living in pakistan

  30. just so i am clear .. whwn some one joins PTI it is no big deal .. but when that same person decide s to leave pti …. it is a big deal … all i can say to all the patwari s is "DIL KEE BEHLANAY KO YEH KHAYAL ACHA HEIN" 😛

  31. thats politics , its lesson for imran who is naive in politics. still many months to elections. imran is just a storm in tea cup. by the way cousins r not family???/ hafeez niazi, asad niazi, inam ullah niazi . hmmmmm family politics.

  32. I ask a question…should there be any law regarding publishing unconfirmed reports…"A source said….." kind of reports. Media must also be scrutinized for its irresponsible reporting. Writer has single-handedly ripped apart the entire reputation of PTI's top echelon. Shameful article. If you guys are man enough please let my comment come online.

  33. Legahri bros are not leaving pti !!!!!!!!
certain immature pti supporters need to calm down..there is no need to get hyper about every thing
although i must add certain info in this article is very misleading…

  34. Ishak Khakwani has more credibility than many others in PTI. It is a good choice given his professional qualification, experience and the fact that he resigned from Mush cabinet on principles.

  35. Such bloody lie in this article can not write anything more. These bloody writers who has no brain and love for Pakistan always apose IK and PTI because they know there ars wil get kicked as well like other looters

    Javed iqbal khan

  37. Unsubstantiated and politically motivated. Its loud and clear that the writer is one of those "journalist to Let"

  38. the question raising here that why the most prominent politician leaving PTI which the have leavd othr parties 4 PTI.??There ez something going wrong in PTI.its not A real Party which Imran have showd to The world…

  39. i think PTI is loosing its popularity day by day due to the adding LOTAAS continously. by doing so, Imran khan will no more be the popuplar.

    • plmln is also loosing papularity day by day by adding lootas too u know what i mean hum khayyal group ,mush pistol brother ameer muqam ,imran was is and will reamian papular not idiots like ur leader ask them only one question 500 million ppounds from where they got it ?

  43. this is reply of Owais Leghari

" Sardar Jamal Leghari and Awais Leghari would like to clarify that they have no intention of parting ways from PTI. The article was full of dubious innuendos and baseless speculation in an attempt to discredit PTI. Pakistan Today beware lest it be considered a newspaper deliberately set out to malign PTI on some political agenda. Awais Leghari stands in line with the decisions of PTI and has no aspirations for any post in the party. It is pertinent to mention here that he gave up the post of Senior Vice President PML Q to join PTI unconditionally in the struggle against corruption by the present Federal and provincial governments. The Leghari brothers took a principled stand when they opted to join forces with PTI and they stand by their decision as long as the PTI will continue to struggle against all corrupt elements of political society."

Tayyab Hussain…. insaan ban ja yaar… read what youve written and contemplate its stupidity….

  46. Pakistan today`s credibility shot to pieces. What a pathetic article! How much money was the journo paid by Nawaz to write this rubbish.

  47. IK KNOWS BEST-THE REST IS HISTORY. This article or hunderd articles like this should not worry us. Ther is NO OTHER CHOICE BUT IK. We need to support IK and THAT IS IT.

  48. absolute rubbish. merely an effort to malign PTI but not going to work this way. So stupid that IK saying in private that Zac n Ben Goldsmith will make him prime minister. Mr Tayyab such reporting is certainly a disrespect to the readers even as it sounds your audience is not capable of reasoning n logic.

  49. lagharis have already issued their statement. Pakistan today have provided an excellent example of "lifafa" journalism. from the tone of the article, it seems to be written by noon league. Shame on you lifafa journalists…

  50. The author of this article has tried to make an effort to make it sound like PTI is falling apart. This stuff is hardly a news worthy to begin with. Lagharis don't make difference to PTI given their track k record.

I believe PTI has had to do a lot of adaptation since the October 31 jalsa in Lahore in order to accomodate all diference point of views. I believe at the grass roots level Pakistan is starving for change and following the jalsa many prominent and clean politicians have also realized this.

One of the good things about PTI is that they have a very strong team that is capable of bringing a political revolution in Pakistan. Once you have that economical and social revolutions are to be followed upon. PTI has had patience and perseverance for over 17 years to not compromise on the principles. Regardless of which political parties Pakistanis support but we must give credit to PTI for this. And given the current political status quo, I think at the least PTI does deserve a chance !

  51. na kisssi ny join karny ko kaha na kissi ny chorny ka puchaa ..must be so emberrising for these opetunists 😛

  52. No one is leaving PTI…….its all rubbish! Even if people do leave PTI, than quite clearly they do not belong there! Mis-reporting only confirms that these are desparate times for the other two parties as the election become a reality. Also, why do people use "gutter" language? This only confirms their lack of intelligence. Be constructive in your viewpoint.

  53. Some of the journalists writing such articles are dishonest and have no integity. They are in the pocket of other politicians and sell themselves for a few rupees or plots.

An objective anlysis by quality journalists would be welcome and it would create respect for journalists.

  54. Shame on you we will vote for Imran khan and PTI ….write wht ever you shameless person want to write …now i am more dedicated then before after reading ur story go and take ur check from PPP and PMLN and GOd never show you any time when any of your family stuck in any problem in pakistan and you are not able to help them becoz of the PMLN and PPP good governance

  55. The ' source' is likely to have a grudga against IK. Wouldnt it be political suicide to claim to have the support of the 'goldsmiths' for a rightist politician in pakistan?

  56. Everything else aside, are all these Niazis really position holders. I had lots of friends and fellow Niazis, they were like people normally are in terms of intelligence……Brothers, keep an eye on things,,,,, today, politicians are corrupt because we were not vigilant in past. Also, do not create idols.

  57. Bags of lotas are in PTI and they think that they will bring change…shame on such people.

Imran is only fighting to support Zardari. Vote for Imran is vote for Zardari.

  58. Imran khan inducted in his party, THE WINNING HORSES , But he ignored that these horses require prize… every horse wants to be PM or FM…where the other stands ?

  59. no one likes imran khan due to his arrogance and selfishness, its just a wave that people join him. lets see the general elections and its results.

  60. Election k baad pata challay ga k kon katnay panI may hai. Laghari, chaudary, qurashi. Sab PPP , PML n k waja say hai. Sheikh Rasheed ka misal samnay hai. Ye in k baghair kuch b nahi. Ye PTI may Ho ya dosray party may PML N ya PPP ka kuch nahi jata. So wait and watch.

  61. Gentlemen oh sorry PTI lovers cant be………
Just see to ur ownself once Leghari joins PTI he is a hero and once he leaves he is car smuggler (as per KHOSO) and God forbade if he does not leave he would again become saint. WHAT A CHANGE….! I admit Imran khan will have his logics for this as well as he has become a good politician i repeat a politician and he is NOT A LEADER. As leader is never driven by cicumstances and PLZ STOP COMPARING him with QUAID E AZAM. He is from the creed of Zardari, Sharifs, Makhdooms, Chaudries, Niazis and on and on………..Imran Should rename his part as PTI (Q) or BADNAMI instead of Tsunami.

  62. What is the priority? Party tickets, seats, ministries or people of Pakistan. We just need those people in PTI whose priority is people of Pakistan. They shouldn't have been joined PTI. Anyhow they can left now, we don't need selfish masses.

  63. A real truthful insight into PTI affairs. It is no doubt that Since pasha departure, the party has failed to lure any big wig into the fold. Rather, with diminishing aid from establishment, PTI tsunami has infact turned back — right on to PTI. Pakistan need seasoned and mature politicians for progress and prosperity. Unfortunately, Niazis or Technocrats does not inspire such an acumen or experience and thus as analysed in the article. PTI looks doomed to be evaporated soon. Rest in elections, they will be mere spoilers, probably to support PPP and dislodge PMLN and nothing else.

  64. There was nothing about differences with the platform in the write-up. Just jockeying for space and power without any agenda. Laghaaries, I am surprised!! Owais had refused to resign from the existing crowd of paralysed called National Assembly. The only good person, minus his family, mentioned in this article was Khawaja Hoti.
There may be lots of things wrong with PTI and its program but going of these people has nothing to do with that.

  65. I DONT THINK THE THIS PIECE OF WRITING HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH INDEPENDENT NEWS AND REPORTING ITS A PART OF THAT WICKED MEDIA PROPAGANDA IN WHCIH THE TWO STATUS QUO PARTIES HAS INVESTED HEAVILY..
PTI NEEDS PUBLIC SUPPORT NOT INDIVIDUALS ANYWAY…!!

  66. PTI can be anything but not a family party. Saifullah Niazi is the one who is true inspiration for the educated class which was away from politics. I was busy in my work, personal life and other things but when I saw Saifullah working day n night without proper food and sleep, countless hours of struggle I decided to work for the PTI. If Saifullah is not a party worker but a owner then how many party owners you have seen working with the party workers day and night. Who leaving and who is coming is indeed matter of personal choices but other claims are mere baseless. We know much about the party and we dont need to speculate we know the fact. We made the party what it is today just with the help of each other where Saifulluah like many people contributed. Saifullah smiles with us, and laughs with us, he sit on the earth with us and works with us. If Imran Khan or Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf honors him with any designation that would more than respectable because the workers should be awarded on merit and I am there to challenge every single person in PTI or outside to come and justify the argument that Saifullah is not the worker but the owner of the party. Its indeed shameful… We love PTI, but we love all those who spent their time with us in struggle just for Pakistan, write down my name, Sarfraz Abbasi, you will never see me enjoying any benifit if PTI comes in power, my benifit is betterment of Pakistan and its poor masses. As far the Jewish thing, I Know Imran Khan from years, unlike a blind supporter I claim I know him, if he is jewish than I, Muhammad Sarfraz, who was born to Sunni Muslim family, saying five time prayers, believes in the Islam of Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is also Jewish and entire Pakistan is Jewish, its shameful, just for the political number scoring, some cheap people termed their muslim brother a jewish.. Lanatullah alal kazebeen

  67. Yeh to hana h tha. Yeh haqeeqat h k jo purane log the woh corner hogae aur jo nae ae the woh iqtedar dekh kar ae the ab jab un ko pata chala h k yehan to kuch b nh to bagne lage.

  68. PTI way or highway, let them go and don't beg them to stay these legharis and other feudals are like a stain on otherwise clean public image of PTI.

  69. When any one speedily get popularity then it will loose in the same manner. It is true that people join PTI on the interference of Establishment, otherwise PTI nothing. All knows that Hashmi is not able to won even election of Councillor, who always loose from his home constituency, and he won the election only on the name of PML (N) in other constituencies. In the Article, it is 200 percent true that Goldsmith family had fully supported PTI and Imran Khan. Otherwise, no one know about political activities of Imran Khan. He is Zero. If PTI won the election it is the success of Israil not PTI and it is very very bad of Pakistan and Muslim in the world.

  70. They reason ppl are leaving is in PTI economy policy they have decided not to give MPA's MNA's funds but to local goverments. No funds = no corruption.

  71. IMRAN KHAN with no principles ,, sirf SULTAN RAHIE ke tarah bharkain marnay say kuch nahien hota ,,,, or apnay ap ko frishta show karnay say abhee to khan sb ka pandora box khul gya to dekhna kia kuch hota he

  72. I left Pakistan in 1994 and have been there just once for a brief visit since then. The main reason I had left was the suffocation i felt with the way country was run and the majority of people behaved. I was disgusted by the Mullahs that were not only in the mosques but every where even when they were not bearded or uneducated. I used to get appalled by the way they will consider themselves to be superior than non muslims and how they would tell people that only Muslims are going to go to heaven. More recently I have heard interior minister saying on TV, right after his own party member Taseer was gunned down, that he will shoot also if anyone disrespects the prophet, and the so called Oxford educated former cricketer and now politician telling people that west should understand that we muslims should not be offended by them as we take our religion differently than they do, while at the same time saying that he "hates" salman rushdie. His party has even invited aamir liaquat to join them and he is the guy who has openly said that salman rushdie should be murdered. All this makes me suffocated even now when I live thousands of miles away from pakistan, but i guess deep down inside I still wish that pakistan was a more sophisticated country. However, i know that that is not going to happen anytime soon if ever. The more I read about what allama iqbal had done when the book rangeela rasul was published the more sad i felt that even our founding fathers were like those lawyers who praised the murderer of Taseer and blamed the victim. Muslims dont even realize how they are making a fool of themselves by refusing to give up this delusion that their faith is going to solve their problems, it is their obsession with the faith that is keeping them stuck in dark ages!

  73. Thanks Allah thing are being open on people of Pakistan. May Allah shower the blessing on our Pepople / Country Pakistan.
Now, The Time is to Join PML N. Because subha ka bhoola agar sham ko wapis ajai to ause bhola nahi kehte.
These comments are just for the people of Pakistani's not the Bhgoor'a or Lot'a.

  74. I am happy that PTI is standing up on principals. It should not worry about electable. If PTI has a people friendly Manifesto it will win like Bhutto did even with less known candidates and bring about some change. Just ruling for a short time should not be the objective of PTI.Many have ruled and gone no one remembers them.Only those who bring fundamental change are remembered by History. That should be the aim of PTI. People have attached lot of hopes with them. They should not disappoint them.

  75. PTI is the Ex Party of musharaf. Imran is the new chairman of Musharaf league. He is a proudy person and Allah dislike such proudy people.

  76. What a shabby and kumzurf article, completely biased and dishonest. Hope you will read the comments from Mr. Arif, Sajjad, and others who have given an excellent review of your extremely partisan article. Hope Allah guides you and gives you strength to write and speak the truth. Ameen.

  77. Mr Khan i would suggest you to please add moral studies in KPK syllabus of education, to educate your member and the rest of people , if u want a change in real…
