As many as two people were killed due to firing and violent incidents in various areas of the provincial metropolis on Thursday. According to police, unidentified assailants opened fire in Mirza Adam Khan road area of Lyari, killing one person. A body of a man was found near Crown Cinema on Maripur Road. Signs of torture and bullets were found on the body of the deceased. Meanwhile, Rangers while blocking entry and exit routes of Jehangir Road area carried out targeted operation, sources said.
