Senator Aitzaz Ahsan on Monday said if the government refuses to write the letter to Swiss authorities, the Supreme Court would give a similar ruling against Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf as it did against Yousaf Raza Gilani. Talking to reporters at Parliament House, Aitzaz said if the present prime minister was disqualified, he would be replaced with a new one and the process would continue until the scheduled general elections in March 2013.
Aitzaz said a seven-member bench of the apex court disqualified a prime minister in NRO case and now the five-member bench of the Supreme Court could not adopt a middle way for the same matter. He noted that the court gave the present PM a relaxation of 22 days for taking a decision, but the Supreme Court did not display such courtesy when he pursued the case for former PM Yousaf Raza Gilani.
Nobody goes through the sayings of Aitzaz as really he is a lier not a lawyer.
Aitezaz has now realised the true face of this judiciary which is no more worthy of respect.
He is such a chameleon that makes me sick.
