The Crime Branch, Hyderabad, has been given the custody of the suspects arrested in the case of mob-lynching in Tando Adam town of Sanghar district. DSP Crime Branch Sajawal Khan told APP here on Sunday that the suspects include Yameen Shaikh, Rashid Ali Shaikh, Farhan Shaikh, Abdul Hameed Shaikh, Asghar Naee, Anwar Rajput, Rozina, Faraz Qureshi and Wali Muhammad Buriro. The Inspector General of Sindh police handed over the investigation of the incident, during which a man Ghulam Muhammad Buriro was killed and three others were injured, to the crime branch.
A team headed by DIG Crime Branch Farhat Junejo is investigating the case. The DSP told that the Crime Branch would complete the inquiry in 15 days while it would keep submitting daily progress report to the IG Sindh police. Two separate FIRs of the incident were lodged at B-section police in Tando Adam. Gul Muhammad Buriro, a brother of the deceased, nominated Iqbal Shaikh, Yameen Shaikh, Rashid Ali Shaikh, Farhan Shaikh, Abdul Hameed Shaikh, Asghar Naee, Anwar Rajput and over 3 dozen unknown people in the FIR. The counter FIR registered by Yameen Shaikh, brother of Iqbal Shaikh who was injured in the incident, named Ghulam Muhammad Buriro, Ghulam Sarwar Buriro, Rozina, Faraz Qureshi and Wali Muhammad Buriro.
