Case registered against rickshaw driver for letting a girl use his phone

A rickshaw driver who helped a young girl had to appear in court on Wednesday to fight the charge of kidnapping her, City42 reported.
According to the channel, a rickshaw driver named Muhammad Fayaz appeared in the court of Additional Session Judge Hussian Sial with his advocate named Ishrat Ali Javid for a bail in the case of kidnapping.
Fayaz said that a woman and man hired his rickshaw to go to Kotlakhpat on Tuesday and they used his mobile to find the way to their destination. Fayaz said that after some time, police arrested him for kidnapping the girl and said that his name had been nominated in the FIR as the kidnapper. Fayaz said that he should not have given his mobile to make a call.
