  1. To control dacoity and ever increasing robberies in Punjab, its the best way to encounter and kill them as litigation or prosectuion in Pakistan serves no useful purpose. Moreover, to bring the normalcy in Punjab from such menace it is important that Kan Tootas and Badmash in each locality supported by politicians should also be killed. Such people are making our lives miserable by extorting money or they come to our homes and fire at the main gates to demand money. Again, black sheep from Police siding and informing police; in fact, they are working as a Tout for Badmash parties. Govt should install CCTV cameras in different cities, markets and near banks. The Police officials dismissed from service should never be hired as Guards for any office or bank.
