Burglars looted 26 tolas gold ornaments, Rs155,000 cash and many other valuables in Noorpur Shahan village of Burri Imam here, police said.
According to the details, the incident occurred in the house of Kabeer Ahmed Kayani in Mohalla Noori Bagh between 1pm and 3pm in broad daylight in the jurisdictions of Secretariat Police Station.
Kabeer told the police that some unidentified burglars entered into the house and looted the gold ornaments, cash and many other valuables.
The Secretariat Police registered a case against unidentified accused but could not trace out the culprits so far.
