Defense Minister Naveed Qamar said on Sunday that evidence pointing towards foreign interference in Balochistan existed, talks on the issue were underway with India, a private news channel reported. Naveed Qamar stated this while addressing a press conference along with the Governor Balochistan Nawabzada Zulfiqar Magsi, following their meeting at Balochistan House where Law Minister Farooq H. Naek was also present. He said that the Cabinet Committee on Balochistan would submit its report on daily basis on the issue, adding it was the cabinet which would decide as to who the government would engage in talks with. The defense minister said that the issue of Balochistan would be resolved only through democratic and political means and that recommendations in this regard to be put forth in next meeting of the cabinet after consulting all the stakeholders.
