Nick Jonas has confirmed that he is being considered to be an American Idol judge, he tweeted on Saturday night: “The rumors are true… I am being considered to be a judge on American Idol, and it would be a dream come true if it happens. #nickonidol“ This move might actually help Idol’s slump in ratings, the Jonas Brothers have a big ‘tween’ following and that might boost ratings. Idol has already signed Mariah Carey on as a judge after inking an $18 million deal. Nick is the youngest of the three Jonas brothers, his older brothers, Joe and Kevin, have also landed their own TV deals on The Choice and Married to Jonas.
