WAZIRABAD – The only government hospital in Wazirabad, the Tehsi Headquarters hospital, has no gynecologists and lady doctors while several posts of lady doctors (WMOs) and two APMOs are lying vacant. The people are forced to consult private hospitals which charge heavy fees from them.
Particularly, there is not even a single gynecologist for delivery cases. The leaders of Citizens Welfare Council Wazirabad have appealed to the chief minister to appoint lady doctors and gynecologists in the hospital.
