At least eight people were killed and 23 others injured in separate road accidents here in Chakwal and Sargodha on Sunday.
According to police, a mini truck collided with a trailer truck when its tyre burst in Salt Rang Kalar Kahar killing five on the spot while injuring three people.

According to rescue sources, a Lahore bound speedy bus collided with a wagon leaving three passengers dead and more than 20 injured.
Sixteen injured passengers were taken to DHQ Hospital Sargodha where doctors said that three of them were in a critical condition.
