Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman has constituted two single and one division benches to hear over 75 cases during the next week starting from July 30.
The two single benches include Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan and Justice Muhammad Azim Khan Afridi while the division bench will comprise of the same judges.
It may be mentioned here that during the vacation, the IHC will hear only bail matters, habeas corpus, and detention matters.
