Minister for Water and Power Ahmad Mukhtar has said the restoration work on Chashma Nuclear Plant-1 will be completed by Monday night.
According to a statement issued by Ministry for Water and Power, the federal minister said that with the restoration of the Chashma Power Plant, about 325MW of electricity would be added to the national grid which would reduce the frequency of outages.
Ahmad Mukhtar said that the demand of electricity increased with the increase in the intensity of the heat.
