Five militants killed in Hangu

At least five suspected militants were killed in retaliatory action by Pakistan army after terrorists fired two rockets on security forces’ check post, official sources said on Tuesday.
According to the sources, suspected militants of banned Tahrik-eTaliban Pakistan (TTP) fired two rockets on army check post from mountain’s peak, however it did not cause any loss of life.
In response, army retaliated with full power and killed five militants and wounded many others.
This incident took place a day after when chief minister Khyber Pakhtoonkhaw escaped a terror bid in the same city.
Police, on Monday, seized a truck from Hangu road laden with 200 kg of explosive material minutes before the chief minister’s convoy pass through.
