The memo commission did not declare former ambassador to the United State Hussain Haqqani a traitor, a private TV channel quoted the Supreme Court on Thursday.
According to the channel, a three-member bench headed by Justice Shakirullah Jan heard the case.
Meanwhile, the SC asked Haqqani’s counsel to file a request seeking exemption from appearing before the court during the hearings of the memogate case.
