The strike of Sindh vaccinators continued for second consecutive day on Tuesday.
The strike has endangered upcoming polio campaign scheduled to start on July 16 in the province.
More than 700 vaccinators of Sindh including Karachi have formed a strike camp in the metropolitan for their demands.
The protesters said 700 vaccinators’ summary for giving them permanent status is on table of Sindh chief secretary which he reluctant to approve.
The vaccinators on strike have threatened that if notification of permanent status was not issued soon, they will boycott anti-polio campaign scheduled to start on July 16 across the province.
