Chairman Senate Syed Nayyar Hussain.Bukhari and Deputy Chairman Senate Sabir Ali Baloch Saturday congratulated Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on his election as prime minister.
In their separate messages, the Senate chairman and deputy chairman said that his election as premier would to promote democracy and democratic institutions in the country. They said that success of Raja Pervaiz Ashraf shows confidence of the masses in democracy and wished him more successes in future. Leader of the House in Senate Jahangir Badar and Senator Sehar Kamran also felicitated Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on his election as prime minister.
