4 D&SJs, 12 civil judges transferred

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of four district and sessions judges (D&SJs) and 12 civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates.
According to a notification, the D&SJs who were transferred include Muhammad Abdul Nasir (Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court-I) from Gujranwala to Narowal, Pervez Ali Shah (Presiding Officer, Child Protection Court) from Lahore to Hafizabad and Muhammad Tariq Abbasi (Judge, Accountability Court-I) from Rawalpindi to Gujrat.
The services of D&SJ Gujrat Chaudhry Habib-ur-Rehman had been placed at the disposal of the Punjab Government for posting as Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court-I, Rawalpindi.
The civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates who were transferred include Afzal Hussain from Khushab to Rawalpindi, Muhammad Asif from Rawalpindi to Khushab, Muhammad Asif from Fort Abbas to Liaqatpur, Akhtar Hussain Kalyar from Liaqatpur to Fort Abbas, Ahsan Raza from Lahore to Rawalpindi, Rao Ijaz Ahmed from Rawalpindi to Lahore, Kamran Zaheer Abbasi from Sargodha to Chakwal, Umar Hayat Jawad from Chakwal to Sargodha, Syed Azhar Ali Jafri from Faisalabad to Gujranwala, Mumtaz Ahmad from Gujranwala to Faisalabad, Tamsaal Zeb Manzoor from Chiniot to Hafizabad, and Nabeila Jaffery Syeda from Hafizabad to Chiniot.
