Fauzia Wahab’s death widely condoled

Senate Chairman Syed Nayyer Hussain Bukhari and Deputy Chairman Sabir Baloch Monday condoled the demise of former Secretary Information Pakistan People’s Party, MNA and chairperson, Standing Committee on Finance, Fauzia Wahab.
Both the leaders in their separate messages paid tribute to the late leader for her candid defend of the party and the government during her life time.
They said the efforts of the late leader for strengthening democracy and supremacy of the constitution would be remembered for long time. They prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity.
Meanwhile, leader of the house in the Senate, Jehangir Badr, and leader of the opposition, Senator Ishaq Dar, also condoled the demise of Fauzia Wahab. Both the leaders sympathised with the children of Fauzia Wahab and prayed for the departed soul.
Jammiat Ullem-e-Islam (JUI-F) MNA Mualana Atta-ur-Rehman Monday expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of Pakistan People’s Party leader Fauzia Wahab. In a condolence message, lauding her services, he said she had played a significant role in legislation and debate sessions of the Parliament. He added the Parliament had lost a committed parliamentarian who had an exemplary potential. Maulana Atta prayed tom Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
Pakistan Muslim League-Q Senior Vice President Ajmal Khan Wazir Monday expressed heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of Pakistan People’s Party leader and National Assembly member Fauzia Wahab.
In a condolence message issued here, he lauded the services of Fauzia Wahab for the country and democracy.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
14 outlaws arrested: Rawalpindi police have arrested 14 law breakers, including three gamblers, and recovered 2775 grams of charas, three pistols with 187 rounds, Rs 1,475 stake money and three mobile phones from their custody.
Pirwadhai police arrested Nazakat on recovery of 1475 grams charas. Jatli police held an accused namely Akhtar with 1110 grams charas.
Bunni police recovered 105 grams charas from Shafaqat while Waris Khan police held Saqib with 150 grams charas.
Similarly, City police arrested Aman Ali and recovered 175 rounds. New Town police sent behind the bars an accused Nasir on recovery of one 30 bore pistol with four rounds.
Kahota police arrested Ameen with one 30 bore pistol with four rounds while Chontra police recovered one 30 bore pistol with four rounds from Javed.
Meanwhile, acting on a tip-off Peerwadhai police raided in Muslim Abad area and held three persons identified as Ahsan, Suleman and Anwar for being involved in gambling while playing cards.

  1. The woman is dead. Let her burn in hell as the rest of the country has been burning in hell under this corrupt PPP govt. I heard that RM is starting as inquiry as to her death. It would be funny if they find out that the surgeon who performed the operation on her was somehow related to some ppp leader and thats how he got in medical school. This is what happens when there is corruption.
