According to a press release issued here on Thursday, a group of miscreants attacked VIBC Gulistan-e-Jauhar and forced the drivers not to move any maintenance vehicles on the pretext of general strike. They physically manhandled the drivers and badly injured one of them, Ali Dino. He was immediately shifted to a hospital where he was stated to be in critical condition.
Last night, around 100 miscreants forced entry into KESC’s Khokhar club office in Cantonment area and put the record and furniture on fire. Staff members present on the spot saved their lives by vacating the office. The miscreants attacked the offices on the excuse of low voltage in the Cantonment Pumping Station Feeder.
