RIAZ DROPS THE BOMB!

A day after threatening to make public ‘bomb-like’ evidence against the son of Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, real estate tycoon Malik Riaz levelled several damning allegations against the judiciary, saying the top judge was aware of the scam for six months but took no action. “The Chief Justice should also tell the people how many times he has met me in the dark of night,” Riaz said. Claiming that the CJP’s son, Arsalan was running the judiciary like a “don”, Riaz alleged that the evidence against Arsalan was brought to Justice Chaudhry’s notice six months ago by a “mutual friend” but the judge refused to see the proof. Riaz said he had made no allegations against Justice Chaudhry but had been ‘saddened’ that the top judge had heard his case in view of a conflict of interest. “I can be called for contempt of court or sent to jail, I am ready to die. A person who has put his future at stake is not afraid of jails.”

  1. I was ignorant & had so much admiration for this 'self-made' man Malik Riaz. Now I know better, the vile man has connections with each and every shady man under the sun.

  3. Even if Riaz story is correct still cj is not involved. Let us raise our voice for speedy and through investigation of this case

    • Iftikhar is so innocent that he even didn't know that his wife, daughter and son went on a Europe trip at the expense of some angel. This guy deserve to be declared Imam Mehdi.

  4. Is funding indiividuals to influences judges NOT a crime? Should he not be tried and punished. This also goes on to tell you that he can go to any extent. How many other in civll service, ministers, army officer have been bribed and what benefit he got. His whole business operation should stopped till this probe is complete. In the meantime CJ's son must be punished for hos crime. BUT RIAZ MALIK SHOULD NOT GO FREE

    • I think arsalan was used by iftikhar to get bribes as the money ended up at CJ's residence and the whole family including the wife of CJ was a beneficiary. Time to resign and go home ifti the pawn of nawaz sharif.

      Arsalan should be given the strictest of sentence & Malik Riaz hanged.

    • CJ should have taken notice the day Aitezaz told him about all this but he denied. I cannot believe he didn't know about the expensive trips by his wife and children on someone else's expense. How innocent.. He is the first who needs to be tried and removed from the office.

  7. Malik Riaz is not a businessman , he is a mafia. Most of the Army highranking officers, buraucrats, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Commissioner Islamabad , All revenue Officers and highranking Police Officers are posted with his consent in Islamabad. In an inquiry conducted by Mr. Munsab Minhas, the then Sessions Judge Islamabad Malik Riaz was found guilty of getting killed his own Security Staff just to get involve his opponents in criminal murder cases with a view to blackmail them and to dispossess them from their valuable properties. Even the most powerful namely Defence Housing Authority has been paying billion of rupees commisson just to get possession of their acquired land in and around DHA. Even if the allegations agaisnt Dr. Arsalan are proved even then Malik Riaz is a self-confessed criminal to trap the son of a judge of the high judiciary for his illwill and personal gains.
    The influence of Malik Riaz on defence officers depicts that he uses the name of Bahria and nobody is going to stop him.

    Is Chief Jester ki harkato ki waja say aaj Pakistan ka yeah hal hao. Gen Musharraf ka daur kaheen behtar tha. Tum jetni galian us General ko detay raho par jo such hai woh such hai. Kash woh wapis aa jai aur es mulk ko phir sudharey aur en kameeno rashio aur zalimo say hamain najat day.

    • don't you think its rather vulgar to make such personal remarks about anybody on a public forum? Being discussed here (apparently) is something that is of national importance. Such remarks are better reserved for cheap two-bit magazines.

      • I think you being over protective for a corrupt CJ as he got his in medical college after securing 3rd division and within one year he manipulated his position to get his son to the position of deputy director in FIA in grade 18. All this within one year and when arsalan was only 26 years old. Now that is sleazy I must say.

    • 100 % agree with Zahid. Its time for CJ show to be taken off air. BOHAT HO GAYA DRAMA as CJ is saying he didn't know how and when his son became rich. Joke of the century last decade though lolz.

How did arsalan got admission in bolan medical college after getting 3rd division and the how did he get a job in health Dept of balochistan and then promoted to the position of section officer there and soon joined federal govt as assistant director FIA and then promoted to the position of deputy director at the age of 26 and all this jobs and promotions took place within one year……was that not corruption by iftikhar, like father like son I reckon.

When mushy was getting slamed, cramped and jammed by the nation, and needed his puppies to come save his sorry backside, puppies were hiding in eachothers dark smelly tunnels where sun never shines. As far as Korhis of Bhutto are concerned they have always been a breed suffering from mental constipation and rational-dehydration. Why should CJP resign? Has he ever “elbowed” Sherry Rehman as the Syed Zada Gilano did in day light infront of camera? Jealous and Vile people can eat CJP’s undies.

    • Perfectly agreed with you on the mentality of some of the above commentators. Seeing corruption of this CJ in daylight, they do not admit unashamedly. Why? Becoz CJ was serving their political objectives after geting bribes from them.

  14. I'm not sure what Riaz's statement is. How can he accuse anyone of accepting bribes when he himself is bribing the man for favours. Surely both are guilty?

    • Well, you must have heard of a 26 years old medical doctor getting to be a Deputy Director of FIA within a span of one year, one who scored 3rd division in his FSc still got in a medical college all thanks to his father. Father taught the son to be manipulative and corrupt, in the same breath i would like to see the back of this corrupt and incompetent govt as well as the opposition…in short the whole parliament including nawaz. I am not advocating Riaz Malik there are more of him in US than in Pakistan.

  15. First I do not believe that person who uses the KORAN for his/her vested interest! If there is a system of justice, let Malik Riaz file a F I R against Arsalan the CJ's son. Let both parties proceeed according to law,And CJ will make sure no one interferes in the process. Either Arsalan is a moron who let himself fall into Malik Riaz's trap or he does not know the difference between a weasel and a poodle!!

    • "Pop goes the weasel" as it is said and in my understanding. Arsalan is a corrupt son of a corrupt father who used his position to fix his sons future in lucrative government departments. Arsalan is a manipulator like his father and i reckon he must have been imposing his influence on judiciary as his father did to get him lucrative (in terms of bribes) jobs in FIA

  16. In a country where you can not get justice from the goverment. You either have to pay your bribes or stop your business! Malik Riaz did nothing wrong and I compliment him on doing good business when all these rats are eating your food. At least someone who contributes to Pakistan and now they are gonna give him a bad name. Stupid Pakistanis!! Still I love my country, I just don't like the people.

  17. Ask the widows, the retirees, the pensionsers whose lands have been taken over by Bahria and the lakhs of victims who have paid their installments in DHA Valley, only to find out that DHA has handed over their money to Riaz Malik. Justice must be done in Pakistan if it has to survive.

  18. Iftikhar Ch's first cousin is Rana sanaullah (MPA from Faisalabad) who is minister of law in government of punjab and he virtual head of most things after shahbaz. He was initially a die hard member of PPP and later on switched to Nawaz league. He was the one who was the architect of the whole lawyers movement and got the finances from nawaz.
    Never has nawaz been called for his pending cases to supreme court, whereas sitting PM has been called thrice and they think of calling COAS.
    How arsalan got be the Deputy Director of FIA at the age 26 being a medical doctor (he got into bolan medical with 3rd division) and nothing ever happened.
    He is has been milking people of money under duress and should be held accountable. This corrupt government should be held accountable for its evil and nawaz for his corruptions and ill doings.

    So malik riaz is complaining that his bribe didnt work, as he had expected to? LOL!!! So MR bribed Arsakan and was not able to curry favor from SC? Where is the crime? Looks like the cheat (MR) got cheated by arsalan!!

    (1) Why did malik riaz pay 342 Million when he could have achieved the same objective with 5-10 Million?
    (2) Why did malik riaz wait for 3 years to come out in the open? He could have made all this public long time ago.

    • Few years back Iftikhar ch was a PCO judge then he prosecuted who didnt agree with him ?

    • Few years back Iftikhar's son was in grade 17 in FIA, 6 months later he promoted to grade 18, and now he himself confesses he owns a 900 million communication and real estate business. How come in 5 yrs he owns 900 million dollars business. This CJ and his son are the most corrupt people in history.

  23. The richer the people, the bigger the problems. This happened on a grand scale but it also happens at a smaller scale everyday. How many times a clerk promises to get someone in with the boss and asks for a bribe? Everyday. Howmany times does someone pay somebody to get them a foreign visa? Everyday. Not everyone delivers what they promise. Maybe Arsalan couldn't deliver what he promised. So what? Its a civil case involving two private citizens. One got scammed 🙂 Happens everyday.

    • He is involved coz his daughters and wife availed of facilities provided by Malik Riaz. Then, how come he did not know his son's business promoted to 900 million in 5 yrs, Arsalan himself said in an interview that he owned 900 m telecomm and real estate business in Lahore. I am at a loss to understand how CJ was not able to notice his son's fortunes piling up rapidly.

  25. Why was Riaz paying all this money? The man with fingers in most pies, the one with biggest contacts was being blackmailed to do what? This whole was done to damage the CJ.

    • Good point. You have to be doing something wrong or illegal to be blackmailed. What exactly was Riaz doing that was illegal that he could be blackmailed for?

      • But more important question is about CJs own transparancy who was repository of justice in the eye of public ? He shud hv been an icon of justice becoz he was not MalikRiaz who is like an ordinary businessman. Both shud hv sea of difference but here CJ family was blackmailing a blackmailer?

    • How CJ son was promoted to grade 18 from 17 in 6 months in 2006, now he owns 900m business as he himself confessed in an interview. It is hard to believe for you an idol being broken away.

      • Iftikhar, how does your post answer my question? Let me ask again. What was so illegal that Riaz was doing that he could be blackmailed?

        • In Pakistan it is very easy to blackmail anyone even he wants to get his genuine problem resolved. This happens so many times when we deal with govt offices. Even in genuine cases meaningless faults are identified by govt functionaries to blackmail the client and get bribes. With me this happened so many times. So, Malik Riaz is not wrong when he says this. Those people must be finding meaningless flwas and postponing or doing delaying tactics.

          • Ok. Iftikhar, one more time. What was Riaz Malik doing that was illegal that he could be blackmailed? Its one thing to be offering bribes to get something done, its quiet another to be blackmailed. If you have done nothing wrong then there is noting that can be used against you to blackmail you. Lets say you apply for a housing permit, you may have to offer a bribe to get the permit but you cannot be blackmailed because you applied for a perfectly legal permit. Was Riaz involved in something illegal that could come back and haunt him and he had to pay up to keep the matter quiet?

          • Look Rahat, You r comparing character of a businessman with a judge who shud be a prime example, and icon, rather a saint. Malik Riaz might hv flaws in his case over which he wud hv been blackmailed. But who was the blackmailer? Its answer is tragedic. Becoz blackmailer was son of a supposed icon, a beacon of law and justice. If this is the level of a judge, how can u criticize politicians. How cud he be oblivious of 900 million Rs business of his son? Some people wear persona of honesty to make fool of people. We see many such example in daily life. So, it s not difficult for me to believe Malik Riaz allegation against CJ in view of past record, like pressurising Mush govt to induct his son into FIA and geting him promoted to grade 18 within 6 months.

  26. Riaz Malik is angry because Chief Justice poses a threat to his plans to defraud poor Pakistanis of billions that he holds without handing over the plots for which they have paid. His son in law's father was just a brigadier. How come he had so much cash in his London and Swiss Bank to pay all these bills?.

  28. The chief justice should immediately step down from his post . If he is sincere and innocent than he should open way for unbiased investigation . Unfortunately the facts and figures show a different picture of him . He is no more head of impartial judiciary .

  35. What a poor father who has no car and a house of his own. His son accepts owning Rs.900,000,000/- business with 400 work force but could not buy for his father, mother and sisters a house and a car? I think CJ knew all what was going on behind the curtains. He should immediately resign so that brother judges may work freely.
