Malik Riyaz, a business tycoon appointed Zahid Hussain Bukhari as his counsel in the suo moto case which Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry took up against his son Arsalan Iftikhar on alleged graft reports against him.
Talking to media, Zahid Bukhari said he will appear before the court on part of Malik Riyaz, adding his client is abroad for medical treatment; hence he cannot appear before the court.
Bukhari said he was contacted for the case only yesterday night. “I will speak on the details provided to me by Malik Riyaz,” he added.
