Training of special education teachers to begin today

Around 35 renowned and competent faculty members from the special education department institutions of the Punjab are participating in a training course entitled ‘Inclusive Education’, starting from today (Monday) to enhance the capability of special education among the teachers and students as well as their parents.
This training course is being arranged by the special education department of the Punjab while training will be held at Teachers’ Training College, Sher Shah Block, Garden Town, Lahore.
The biggest event of special education department sections is going to be held today in which 35 renowned teachers will get training that will enhance the capability of these teachers to deal with the education of special students. It is important to mention here that thousands of special education students is enrolled in the province’s special education departments and a large number are getting education in different universities and institutions of the country.
Highly qualified resource persons will deliver lectures to the participants on various topics under the supervision of Principal Afifa Iftikhar while Lecturer Ms Sania Awais would be the coordinator of the course.
