The Namaz-i-Janaza of Shaheed SP Admin East, Shah Muhammad Shah, was held at the Police Headquarters Garden here on Tuesday. The Namaz-i-Janaza was largely attended among others by the Inspector General of Police Sindh, Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, Additional IG Sindh, Falak Khurshid, Additional IG Special Branch, Rasool Bux Sand, Additional IG Traffic, Syed Zakir Hussain, Additional IG Karachi, Akhtar Hussain Gorchani, DIG Headquarters, Sardar Abdul Majeed and other senior officers.
On this very occasion, a police contingent also presented the salute. The IGP Sindh, Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, later said that targeted action against the criminals would continue.
He further stated that under a special strategy steps are being made more effective for the arrest of those involved in targeted killings. SSP Shah Muhammad Shah was killed in firing by unidentified persons in Karachi’s Korangi area on Monday.
