The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz celebrated the 12th Yaum-e-Takbeer on Monday, the day when Pakistan became a nuclear power.
Various social organisations held a number of programmes to mark the day while the PML-N leaders and workers celebrated the day by assembling at the railway station. The MSF and MYO activists took out a joint rally from the Data Darbar to Minar-e-Pakistan.
Addressing a function, PML-N Punjab President MNA Pervaiz Malik said Pakistan had become invincible after the nuclear tests and the world had acknowledged that it was fully capable of defending its sovereignty and security. He said, “We are proud of our scientists and army officers who worked for making Pakistan an atomic power.”
