Pakistan on Friday issued its new rules and regulations for officials, ambassadors and contractors of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The new rules and regulations are imposed by mutual collaboration of top technical teams of the two countries. According to a report in Geo News, a total of 13 meetings were held between technical teams of both countries and finalized these rules and regulations.
According to new mechanism, CIA officials deployed in Pakistan must prove their identity to Pakistani officials, including to the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). CIA officials will have to procure No-Objection Certificate from the Foreign Ministry for traveling inside Pakistan and would not be allowed to use vehicles with fake number plates. Official travelling without NOC would be termed as persona non grata.
This action should have been taken long time back….
You got to be a nut to think CIA accepts this deal (not even from UK) …
Too little too late.
As long as Zardri is in office everything is for sale. This animal only digests money and he is always Hungary for money and he will do anything for money.
Shame on Pakistani people who has accepted Zardari and even though he has raped the country he is still allowed to stay in the office of the president even though he never won the election himself.
Our foreign policy needs a serious revision but not by politicians as we have seen what they can do with our country. Generals or Commanders should take part in developing a strong foreign policy preventing any intruder inside Pakistan to be questioned as a civilian and not Diplomat as Raymon Davis was…
Not gonna happen. Its like asking gillani to stop his family corruption.
