The additional Sessions judge Abdul Razzaq on Thursday ordered to register case against PPP MNA Nabeel Gabol and CID SSP Chaudhry Aslam on charges of extra constitutional killing case in Lyri area of Karachi.
A man named Sakhiullah Saqib was shot dead by police with allegedly encounter in April in Lyari area and the victim family submitted a petition in the court against Nabeel Gabol who was elected as member of National Assembly on PPP ticket from Lyari constituency and CID SP Chaudhry Aslam.
The petitioner nominated both in the killing of Sakhiullah and submitted before the court that it was duty of police to register case against nominated accused on petition of citizen but the police refused do to so. He urged the court to order registering case against both the nominated accused.
On this the sessions court ordered SHO Chakiwarra police station to register case against the two accused Nabeel Gabol and SP Aslam over the killing case and submit FIR report in the court.
