The Islamabad Traffic Police on Friday organised a two-day training workshop for members of National Youth Assembly as part of its campaign to create awareness regarding traffic rules and regulations. During the sessions, SSP Traffic, Dr Moeen Masood announced that Islamabad Traffic Police would designate members of National Youth Assembly and other achievers as Goodwill Ambassadors on honorary basis. In his brief address, Former Ambassador, Senator Akram Zaki said rest of the cities should follow the model of Islamabad Traffic Police for better traffic management. He appreciated National Youth Assembly for paying visits to different institutions to gain insights and awareness about their modus operandi. President, National Youth Assembly, Hanan Ali Abasi said all civilized societies of the world pay special heed towards traffic education but we have lagged behind in this important area.
