The federal government has placed two senior leaders of the Lyari-based banned Peoples Aman Committee (PAC), Uzair Baloch and Zafar Baloch on the Exit control List (ECL), sources in the Interior Ministry said on Sunday.
According to a notification issued by the Interior Ministry, Uzair Baloch s/o Faiz Mohammad and Zafar Baloch s/o Muhammad Ali have been put on the ECL. Both are key members of the proscribed Peoples Aman Committee being patronized by former Sindh home minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza.
The Home Department of Sindh province had banned the Peoples Aman Committee, declaring it terrorist organization under the Anti-Terrorism Act on October 10 last year. A notification issued by the provincial interior ministry prohibited the “committee’ for all its activities.
Dr. Zulfikar Mirza had announced to revive the Committee as he challenged the Interior Minister Rehman Malik to visit Lyari and ban the committee. The notification had said that Sindh government has solid proof that Peoples Aman Committee had been involved in terrorist activities. According to the notification, the committee was declared outfit organization under article 11/B of Anti-Terrorism Act. The Committee was banned to pursue any political/social activities at all.
Instead of placing Zafar Baloch and Uzair Baloch on the exit control list, place Zufiqar Mirza ex home minister on ECL. Zulfiqar Mirza, is their mentor and resposible for arming the peoples aman committee with almost 30,000 most sophisticated weapons which are being used by the criminals in killing members of law enforcing agencies. It is up to the intelligence agencies to investigate the issuance of such a large number of most sophisticated automatic weapons. Obviously these weapons are not for gang warfare only, open up your eyes before it is too late.
Dr Zulfiqar Mirza is also patronising MQM – Afaq & the killings etc; is due to the involvement of elements from MQM – Afaq & PAC who are targetting ANP / MQM & PPP workers, fuelling rifts amongst them while MQM – A & PAC are the actual trouble makers…..shifting Afaq from Landhi / Korangi to DHA is part of that conspiracy…
Zulfikar Mirza and Shahi sayed of ANP is exposed. Zafar Baloch has admitted that they have been armed to disturb racial harmony of Karachi. We all know Zulfikar was working on behalf of American masters to fulfull his nefarious designs of secceding Sindh. Which is not possible since Ch Aslam is one great soldier in Karachi.
Aman committee has done lot of cruel acts of extortion killing plunder and they were playing in wrong hands such as BLA. Please also see as to how American consulate is freely working in ANP dominated area of Sultanabad.
Zafar Baloch admittance that Peoples Aman Committee was armed by PPP's government to crush MQM (Urdu speaking community)has not received any serious attention from our Judiciary and Pak: Army, Human Rights Comm etc., and similar others who claim for RULE OF LAW, SUPREMACY OF CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY. Keep on sleeping as real patriots of Pakistan.
