The federal government has allowed the US embassy to expand its lay out despite stiff resistance by intelligence agencies. The eight-storey building would expand over an area of several kilometers accommodating more than 6,000 personnel, the informed sources in Capital Development Authority told INP on Tuesday. The sources said that it would be like a cantonment. While the US embassy spokesman said in his statement that they were granted NoC from the CDA and no other institution in Islamabad had expressed reservation with the expansion work.
The expansion plan by majority in Pakistan are seen as a threat to national interests at a time when anti-US sentiments are at the highest level after the May 2 episode and Salala checkpost aerial attack killing 24 Pakistan army soldiers. While the most extreme views of strategic experts are that the US may use its embassy as a base camp for its covert operations in South Asia and Middle East.
No wonder america wants to keep zardar and gillani in power. They know that these two scum bags can be bought and would do anything for a few dollars.

Army/ISI are partners with zardari/gillani in selling out the country. Kiani could not even be true to the oath he took when joined army. This should be challenged in courts of law, this will be more dangoreous to Pakistan compared a military base given to US on its soil. This will be a strong military base of USA with international diplomatic immunity, as this will officially be part of USA protected by International law. The rulers no doubt are insane to allow such development, they can allow a five star hotel on commercial basis but this is simply treason with Pakistan.
USA is never been a good friend of Pakistan. Where is our army and oppositon parties. USA should never ever allow to expand their embessy/project/plans in Islamabad. USA want to use Islamabad as his state. It is not an emabessy, it is spying place. They never spend a penny witout any object. There is big plan behind this.

PPP govt is least pushed in such matters , they just have to save their KURSI for further corruption. Why the corrupt leaders dont understand that every body including them will die one day. No dollars or property will follow except the Deeds and life here after is unfinishable and similarly Jaza or Saza are unfinishable.
