Everyone knows that Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra have been bitter rivals for years, and things took a turn for the worse at the IPL opening ceremony. Not just one, but two cricketers praised Bebo’s performance over PC’s. When emcee Gaurav Kapoor asked Chennai batsman Suresh Raina whose performance he liked more, he said, “I think it was Kareena. Whatever she did was just awesome!” Even Dinesh Karthik echoed the same opinion. At a party after the event, Karthik was overheard saying, “Priyanka’s performance was good, but Kareena is something else!” A source said, “The cricketers’ comments left Priyanka fuming and she walked out in a huff, not even bothering to meet Kareena backstage after the performances were over.” The source adds that Kareena too avoided PC. Kareena, who flew back to Bangkok after the IPL event, says, “Yes, it was very sweet of Suresh and Dinesh to compliment me so nicely. As far as Priyanka is concerned, I didn’t meet her at the IPL at all.”
