Talking to APP, Director Model Colleges, Tariq Masood said the National Book Foundation (NBF), the book publishing authority will deliver remaining 16 titles soon so that the students can start their study in time.
He said the directorate will ensure timely delivery of the books this year and the students will get their books soon after reopening of the institutes on April 13, which are closed for spring break.
FDE has placed the order of textbooks to NBF during the month of February to save the students from any inconvenience.
The parents are feared that the students may not get the textbooks timely as it happened last year. NBF, Secretary Aftab Soomro said that printing of books is underway and textbooks of only two or three subjects are yet to be printed.
