Dolmen Mall Tariq Road and Dolmen Mall Hyderi recently hosted a grand and well-attended Sunday Brunch, inaugurating their Sunday is a Funday series. The Sunday brunch was hosted at the Dolmen Mall Tariq Road food court, possibly the largest and most extensive food court in the country. The brunch was an activity-oriented event with unique games for children such as a real time simulation of Angry Birds where visitors could send Angry Birds hurtling toward a platform. “The idea of this brunch is to make Sunday afternoons an exciting and entertaining time for families here at Dolmen Mall, Tariq Road and Dolmen Mall Hyderi ,” said Marketing Manager at Dolmen Mall. The brunch was attended by various Karachites with their friends and families who were eager to spend time together and enjoy. A huge variety of cuisine was available at the food court. “I think this is a great idea,” said Mrs. Rabia Jamael, 38, who had come to the brunch with her two children. “My children are super excited because there is so much to do here.” Besides the activities arranged by Dolmen Mall, the massive Sindbad situated near the food court was also open for families. Other activities such as face painting, caricature making and tarot cards, were also in full vogue. Shahista Wahidi, the morning show host was a special celebrity guest at the event and played games with visitors, signed autographs and held an impromptu singing competition. “I am really having fun,” said Shahista Wahidi, beaming at the crowd gathered around her. “I think this is a great initiative of Dolmen Mall and I plan to come back also with my friends and family to enjoy this brunch.” The first Sunday brunch was just the start of a long series of activities at Dolmen Mall Tariq Road and Dolmen Mall Hyderi has planned around Sunday afternoons, to make brunch time a fun time at the mall.
