Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam Madhiana, a PPP former MPA and main accused in violence against teacher case and five other co-accused will again be produced in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Thursday on expiry of 5-day judicial remand.
Copies of challan were provided to Aslam Madhiana and five co-accused including Tariq, Gul Muhammad, Jamshed Cheema, Khurram and Iftikhar during their appearance in ATC on March, 24.
The counsels in the case were of the opinion the accused were likely to be indicted on Thursday.
