The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday ordered the police to register a case against former Punjab chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa, son of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Zulfiqar Khosa, for allegedly kidnapping and murdering his wife Sapna. Announcing a detailed verdict of actress Sapna Khan’s murder case, the LHC also ordered appointment of a senior officer to investigate the matter.
Justice Sheikh Najamul Hasan criticised police officials for refusing to register the case earlier. After the court’s proceedings, the victim’s attorney wrote a letter to the Lahore capital city police officer (CCPO) to register a case against Khosa. In December, Missal Khan, Sapna’s father accused Khosa of kidnapping and murdering his daughter while Khosa levelled the same charges against his former wife’s family.
Don't hold your breath for this arrest. Not going to happen.
Are all Khosas are bad khosas? Look at governor of Punjab who half above ground and half under ground. another bad Khosa. Something wrong with this name. I guess there is onlly one good khosa and that is judge of supreme court and we hope that he remains good Khosa by delivering right judgement in PMs contemot case.
All Khosas including any judges from among them are the same. It is a typical wadera mindset. At the end of the day, Dost Muhammad Khosa will not be punished. The system is going to protect him. Unfortunately this mindset can also be seen in urban industrial waderas. Look at Sharif family. Has Ayesha Ahad Malik got justice?
All Khosas are not bad. Chief secretary Punjab Nasir Khosa is gem of a person. It is he who has proposed imposing penal rent on a retired chief justice and a retired police chief for not having vacated residences in GOR-I Lahore. Let's be prudent and judicious while passing remarks.
Thank you for introducing me to good Khosa. I feel very obliged. However, the fact remains that bad Khosas are still there. Do you agree with this?
khosa should be punnished
khosas and kusras are one and the same
