LAHORE – A private car reserved for security of Privatisation Minister Senator Waqar Ahmad Khan’s children collided with a pole due to speeding leaving three people, including an official of the Elite Force, injured near the Mall Road Underpass on Monday morning.The car was also badly damaged in the incident.
The injured included the car driver, a private security guard and an official of the Elite Force. They were shifted to the Services Hospital where their condition is stated to be out of danger. An official of the Rescue 1122 said that the security squad was following Waqar’s children’s vehicle, which was going to the Aitchison College, when it met an accident near the Mall Road Underpass.
