Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan has said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will not support corrupt rulers, including President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani. Talking to the media on Friday, Rana Sanaullah said the PML-N would extend its unflinching support to the Supreme Court’s verdict in the prime minister’s contempt of court case.
He added that the Pakistan People’s Party will be taken to task by the voters in the general elections. Rana Sanaullah said the prime minister is guilty of the contempt of court charges leveled against him and that if the courts ruled against the prime minister, the PML-N and the entire nation will stand by the court’s decision. He stated that the PML-N always stood by its principles based on justice and fairness.
