On the issue of writing a letter to Swiss Authorities, Barrister Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan on Monday said that Supreme Court should not take any decision on March 21 without hearing him.
Ahsan said that it is not necessary that court’s verdict against Gilani will result in his disqualification.
Moreover, he said that a sentence of less than two years cannot disqualify the PM. He added that following the constitution of Pakistan does not indicate that they are at odds with the judiciary.
He added that certain elements are creating a rift between the government and judiciary however and they they would not let them succeed.

  1. Mr. Aitzaaz is acting more like a vulture relying upon the left overs of previous day's rotten kills!

  2. I am not sure if this high priced lawyer knows what he is talking about. He certainly does not sound serious about anything.

  3. Then he should be convicted for more than two years preferably for life. On second thought may be he should be sent to gallows. This for ruining the lives of people of Pakistan.

  4. PT should print full name, as only 'Ahsan' can be considdered as Ahsan Iqbal or Ahsan Rasheed.
