President Asif Ali Zardari will address the joint sitting of Parliament for the fifth time on Saturday at the start of the new Parliamentary year.
He will be the first President to address the joint session of the Parliament in the history of the country.
The President has already summoned the Joint Session of the Parliament at the Parliament House tomorrow at 1:30 PM.
The President’s address at the event of the new Parliamentary Year is a constitutional requirement.
