On the direction of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the administration of Lahore General Hospital has launched a website regarding dengue. The address of the site is www.lgh.org.pk/dengue.html which also produces a Facebook link. The website has comprehensive information about symptoms and preventive measures in English and Urdu. “Large posters have also been put up at the hospitals,” Principal PGMI & LGH Prof Tariq Salahuddin said in a meeting, adding that women had an important role to play in dengue prevention.
