The city witnessed another day of heavy load shedding on Tuesday, as power was cut at regular intervals. The candidates taking examinations of matriculations suffered and faced difficulties in preparing for exams. Although the amount of load shedding has reduced compared to the past few days it was still high and bothered consumers. The duration of load shedding remained between 8 to 10 hours. The outages started early in the morning and went on till late at night. Meanwhile, power shortfall touched 5,000MW.
