The Bhalwal Police on Tuesday foiled an underage marriage and arrested the groom along with six others. Muhammad Mansha of Chak No 18 NB had settled the marriage of his 11-year-old granddaughter Rimsha with Gul Sher, 35, of Chak No 7 (A), tehsil Bhalwal. On being informed, police raided and arrested groom Gul Sher along with his relatives Pervez, Muzaffar Iqbal, Muhammad Rafiq, Muhammad Yar and Muhammad Rasib before the marriage.
