By-polls a fraud: Imran

Fake wrestling (noora kushti) is being conducted in the name of politics in the country by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) the main actors and Nawaz Sharif being the biggest fake wrestler, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said on Monday. Imran was addressing PTI workers at Narang Moar as he began a campaign in Lahore’s outskirts. He was speaking to people at Rana Town, Kala Shah Kako, Ratn Pura, Muridke, Narang Moar and Sheikhupura where local PTI leaders had arranged programs.
Imran was joined by PTI workers, students and ISF activists with party flags when he left from his residence. He said neither the PML-N nor PPP could compete with the PTI in the coming general elections and both faced defeat. He said the PTI would prioritise farmers and labourers. Earlier, speaking to media, Imran said the recent by-polls in the country were fraudulent since the new voters list had not been issued. He said that it was one of PTI’s basic demands that the government prepare new voter lists.

      I agree with him more than 200%. Personally I think it's waste of money to hold these by-ellections when general ellections are so close cos these croocks are as good sitting in the assemblies as not. They will make no difference to the poor of Pakistan apart from taking bribes, commissions and kick back on tax payers expanse ad more miseries to the poor of my motherland

  8. no. he should accept that he had done wrong decision of not participating in elections. nw he is dying for them while at the same time not accepting his mistake. same attitude as so called old politicians although he is in the game for the 16 yrs nw.

  17. Wat he wants ? He never participate election only did in 2002 he bycot 2008 then all by-elections since 2008 . He will again bycot 2012 election & will say it's was fraud do I didn't participate. Khan Sahab how ur tsunami bring change if u keep boycotting Elections & that's only way either it's been rigged by some one or use of force it's a process the country who been ruled by for 4 decades by dictators & not used to of fair elections it only possible by continuity of elections not boycotting which khan Sahab will never understand .

  20. I fell boycotting Bi-Election may be not a wise move by #PTI.
    But i have a same fair that the Pakistan Peoples Party government would not let the next general polls be held in a fair and transparent manner.

    • the problem is if PTI would have contested in elections then they would have been going in the same parliment which every one including IK and PML-N themselves said to be a debating club, so my view is that it is good that they havent contested . . . but for me the problem is that PPP won in by-elections . .

  27. Grapes are sour. Imran sensed he had no chance. So, he boycotted bye-elections. Otherwise, it would not have been possible to continue his Tsunami claims till next General Elections due in 2013.

    • What break status quo.Imran himself belongs to status quo n did not come up with any revolutioner program. He is helping establishment in making its grip strong. He s a big hypocrate.

      • On 29 Feb the SC will hear Air Marshal Asghar Khan petition and you will know who has been pampered by the establishment and who is a genuine leader

  29. i agree and i think they made ground to stop pti from power and i think imran have too many enemies at the same time i must say mafias and will require a huge effort to handle them i feel the election commission also the part of that mafia and also the us influence on pakistan election which imran always oppose but i personly think god help imran because of his belief on god and also hard work he also believe and my as a pakistani my blessing always with imran
